Glen Springer

In the late 1990s Glen Springer achieved three successive wins launching and exiting internet companies, a customer centric marketing portal acquired by Whole Foods Markets (WFMI), and working as a senior sales and account director at Autoweb.com from its start-up through the IPO.

After transitioning from Whole Foods , Glen realized his passions resided in sales and business development and founded what has become Gabriel Sales. Since founding Gabriel Sales, Glen has helped to drive more than 100M in wealth for the founders we have worked with and over a 400% plus return for their investors. Glen became a co-founder of Marketics, a Gabriel Sales client in 2002. Marketics was sold to WNS for 65M in 2006. Glen currently has advisory and equity positions in several active start ups. Glen has been active in the Foundation for Global Community, on the Board of Directors of The San Francisco Cinematheque and currently consults and advises several non-profit arts and media groups.

Born in the Washington Metro Area he received his BA from the College of William and Mary and pursued Media Theory at San Francisco State University. Glen manages the launch of all clients through our proprietary managed service Gabriel SystemTM and provides our clients with ongoing strategic consulting.

Carol Springer

Carol Springer

Carol Springer started her career as an Outside Sales Representative and Recruiter for Robert Half International in the San Francisco Bay Area where during her tenure she remained in the top 5% for sales in the Western Region. She then joined Autoweb.com starting in sales as its 20th employee eventually becoming a senior account manager. Carol then launched sales for IVUS an offshore call center and joined Gabriel Sales in 2001. Carol's initial focus for Gabriel Sales was managing its enterprise sales clients targeting the Fortune 500 companies.

Carol has been active in business networks throughout her career past and present business leadership roles including; Membership Advisor Chair - Catalog and eCommerce Club, Membership Director - ATA Northern California and SOCAP - President Northern California. Carol has a BS in Finance from Carlson School of Management. Carol currently oversees Gabriel Sales Recruiting and HR operations, and manages Sales Training and Script Testing.

Michael Conti

Michael Conti

Michael Conti is veteran B2B marketer with a core competency in Media Arts and Communications. Michael began his career with "King of the Bs" Roger Corman, moved to Paramount Pictures and migrated into the early gaming industry where he then landed marketing and production positions with Mattel and Intel as a Program Manager in interactive smart toy products. Throughout his career Michael has worked as a producer, editor, director and educator in film and video. He hold a Bachelor's Degree in English from The Colorado College and attended filmmaking programs at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles.

He teaches in multiple colleges and is also the Executive Director of the award winning The Shoot Out 24 Hour Filmmaking Festival in his spare time. Michael functions as a Marketing Coordinator for Gabriel Sales.
