Employees at Gabriel Sales all come to us with experience. Even our most junior lead generation sales representatives have a minimum of at least a proven 2 year track record in outbound sales so there is no need for basic training.
We conduct formal sales training on weekly basis. This training encompasses drilling our value based approach, time management and self-motivation. The team is then split into two tracks - "Features and Benefits" and "Solution Sales" so there is a strong professional development curve. We then ensure that skills are kept fresh in their specific functional areas; lead generation, lead qualifying, prospect development and closing sales.
All managers are required to devote at least 20% of their time weekly mentoring, educating and role playing with our sales representatives.
